Fyxit Now provides website SEO analysis services, including but not limited to:
- Website crawling and content analysis
- SEO metrics and recommendations
- Technical SEO issue detection
- Site health scoring and reporting
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Types
- Free Trial: 1 domain analysis (up to 10 pages), 3 recrawls
- Paid Account: $79 one-time payment for 5 domain slots
- Additional domain slots can be purchased at $79 per 5 domains
4. Domain Verification
To analyze a domain, you must verify ownership using one of the following methods:
- DNS TXT record verification
- HTML file upload verification
- JavaScript tag verification
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to verify and analyze all domains you register with the Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Analyze domains you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Use the Service to crawl or analyze websites in violation of their robots.txt or terms of service
- Attempt to circumvent any domain quotas or usage limits
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (except via official API)
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 Pricing
- Current pricing: $79 USD for 5 domain slots (one-time payment)
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Payment is processed securely via PayPal
6.2 Refunds
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be provided except as required by law
- Domain quota does not expire
7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions
8. Data and Privacy
- Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy
- We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You retain ownership of your website content and analysis data
- You can export your data at any time via account settings
- You can request account deletion, which will permanently remove all your data
9. Intellectual Property

- Our trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without permission
- Analysis algorithms and methodologies are proprietary

- You retain all rights to your website content

10. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fyxit Now, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your analysis of domains without proper authorization
12. Termination
12.1 By You
- You may delete your account at any time via account settings
- Paid domain quotas are forfeited upon account deletion
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse the Service or other users
- Fail to pay required fees
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

- Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration
